Marci Mitchell Kansas City Country Artist booking 816-734-4558

Marci's story about her love for country music is the same as that of any other country icon. She mentions Patsy Cline, Dolly, Willie Nelson and of course Merle Haggard. She began listening and loving country music in the basement of her Missouri home while her dad played old country tunes on his electric guitar. As she grew older, she began singing anywhere she could get a captive audience which led to many community performances, talent shows, square dance calling, and even singing to customers in her mom's beauty shop. Marci states that she has had a lot of valuable musical training through her school systems while growing up and owes a lot of her professionalism to her teachers and professors

Nashville is a long haul from the rural fields of Missouri, but that is exactly where this singer's dreams led her. When Marci Mitchell arrived in Nashville just a year ago, the dream of becoming a Country Icon was still a blur. Since then she has completed a new self-titled CD, started a regional tour, gained Turner Hat Co. as a sponsor and now has witnessed her song It's A Guy Thing reach the top ten on a new country chart. And although she's not quite a household name, in a short time she has made many contacts and is well on her way to making her dreams a reality.
